FAMILY NIGHT

In 2010, one of the most grisly discoveries in Texas history was made. Numerous body parts and human remains were found on an abandoned farm near San Antonio. Very little information was made public, until now.

 

I must say, I've been married and I've set around and plotted on different ways to dispose of her body but thats it! just in thought! Nothing has made me so far on to set up what the plot of FAMILY NIGHT entails. Family Night is a nice little tale of a man named Eddie Mason. A man who hates his marriage so bad and his wife’s constant bitching and nagging that he's decided to go out and scope people out to become later torture victims for sheer pleasure. To make this story even more fucked up throw in the fact that he brings his 13 year old daughter Brandi, and small son Jeffrey into the loop. He teaches them the most horrifying of rituals. Using his kids as bait ,wearing Guy Fawkes masks and just standing in front of the victims saying nothing,just stare, he takes his children on a journey of torture, cannibalism and mayhem.

 

I have read Mr Miller's previous effort called DARK EXORCIST and thought he was fucked up from reading that. Boy was in for a surprise with FAMILY NIGHT. The descriptive visuals penned by Tim Miller are on par with any of the any of the greats. He definitely has a mind that needs to be picked apart further and let the rest of the demons loose. Between the aforementioned two and a few short stories of his that I've read I need to take a shower. FAMILY NIGHT is not a book I'll be forgetting anytime soon, but will be reading again very soon! From page 2 till the very end there's more then enough tension and plot twists to appease the sternest of critics. I recommend you check this one out....it sick!
