When this movie first came out I peeped it and was extremely unimpressed. Of course I went in like everyone else believing it was a remake oif one of the best horror movies ever made. Given time i kept watching it and eventualy understood it for what its worth. This is supposed  to be a stand alone story all in itself. It took me watching TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING  before I decided to revit it and I have to say I'm glad i did. Given those facts here's what transpires within the perils of Texas history

Once again a group of teens are ona  rodaatrip through Texas to , whatever destination they wish to choose.This group is on their way to a lynard Skynard concert and so happen to stop and pick up a hitchhiker along the way.She's all bloodied up, torn clothes, just a straight up hot mess. Yet these dumb ass kids pick her up anyway. Upon taking her into town for medical assistance she begins to rant and rave; screaming and hollering, telling them to not go back into town. She's seriously terrified and they just don't buy into it.Mumbling something about him being a bad man and severly evil she pulls a gun out of her crotch, sticks it in her mouth and pulls the trigger.

The teens are then met by the local sheriff Hoyt who is actually Leatherface's uncle. The reign of Leatherface's terror begins with thsi ragtagh group of miscreants in the form of some sick ass skinnings and more then ample amounts of bloodsoaked outright brutality. Keep in mind if you play TCM: THE BEGINNING then this one and TCM 1973 forward it does actually tell a story.

Regardless of being hell bent against Jessica Biel tarnishing this franchise I have to admit when i'm wrong and go on record stating that she did an excellent job, hard nipples and all. As a matter of fact each and every participant acting in thsi wicked addition to an already dope as hell series of events TCM 2003 works.
