A couple having marital problems try to reconcile by moving into a family home of hers in hopes of rekindling that spark they once had.While she decides to go back to work he's given the task of fixing up the old house. While he's out back diggeing up the septic system he accidently touches a bodies weener and ressurrects the undead helper to do anything he tells him too.

Performing stand up comedy to the zombie he tries to polish an old hobby of his. His wife doesnt know at first that he's a zombie but just thinks he's all dirty and nasty. Telling him to get rid of the dude  they try to pick back up but that just doesn't happen.

As the zombie begins to kill off the animals they soon realize he may be harder to get rid of then first thought. ZOMBIE DEAREST resembles that of a FIDO meets I SELL THE DEAD with its live action comic esque adventures. No matter what the couple does they just cant seem to get rid of him. I have seen this movie on several occcasions and it never gets old..
Director David Kemker takes on multiple roles here by putting himself in front of the camera as well as behind it and doesnt miss a beat what so ever. ZOMBIE DEAREST is a balls out fun ass ride. Recommended, It's a wild ride that's both smartly comic and deeply quirky.
